1. Data Controller

The Data Controller of your personal data is POMAS EU s.r.o., with its registered office at Trenčianska 16000/56/A, 821 09 Bratislava - Ružinov, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 50604724. 2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes: (a) Handling inquiries and client communication based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); (b) Recruitment and selection processes for new employees or subcontractors via the Careers section based on pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (c) Compliance with our legal obligations, particularly in tax and accounting matters (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Categories of Processed Data

We process only the personal data strictly necessary to achieve the specified purpose. These include, in particular: • Contact details: name, surname, email address, phone number; • Professional details in your CV: education, work experience, skills, language proficiency; • Online identifiers: IP address, cookies used for website traffic analysis.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

Access to your personal data is granted only to authorized employees and associates within the POMAS Group (Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland). Data may also be provided to our external contractors (e.g., IT service providers, web hosting providers, accounting advisors) who are contractually bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

5. Data Retention Period

We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the specified purposes: (a) Data from contact forms: for the duration of the communication and subsequently for a maximum of 2 years; (b) CVs of unsuccessful job applicants: deleted upon completion of the recruitment process, unless you grant us explicit consent to retain them in our database for future opportunities (in which case they are stored for a maximum of 3 years).

6. Your Rights Under the GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to: Request access to your personal data; Request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data; Request the erasure of data (right to be forgotten); Request the restriction of processing; Exercise the right to data portability to another controller; Object to processing based on legitimate interest; Withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Cookies and Settings

We use essential cookies on our website to ensure its basic functionality. With your consent, we also use analytical and marketing cookies to analyze traffic and optimize content. 8. Right to File a Complaint
